Our Process

Collection
Plastic materials are collected from waste collectors, businesses, and institutions, either by the local government or private companies. There are other collection points, like designated recycle bins and facilities.

Cleaning
Air & Water washing removes any impurities in the raw material that can impede the manufacturing operations or ruin the batch of recycled plastic. Cleaning removes dust, adhesive residue, product labels etc.

Sorting + Segregation
Different types of plastics are separated on the basis of different grades. This step is usually done by machines to avoid contamination of end products & efficiency of plants

Extrusion + Compounding
In this final step, particles are shredded and then transformed into usable plastic pellets by grinding, processing into granules or palletizing, melting, and then extruding them.
Our Products
Polyethylene (PE)
Each type of polyethylene is best suited for a different set of applications. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is much more crystalline, and is often used in entirely different circumstances than Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE).
Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene is the second-most widely produced commodity plastic. PP does not present stress-cracking & offer excellent electrical and chemical resistance at high tempratures.
